Simon Boughton
Simon has been actively involved in farm management since he graduated in 1978 from The Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, UK .
Simon has a wealth of experience in Agricultural production that has been gained from working at the sharp end on projects in Western and Eastern Europe, Russia and Sub Saharan Africa.
When not working Simon enjoys participating in indoor rowing, running, XC skiing, hiking and watching rugby.
In April 2018 he founded “Pines and Apples OÜ ” a Consultancy Company focusing on providing both strategic and close support to farmers, investors and agribusinesses all over the world.
Alexander Schierholz-Prilop
Alexander is an agricultural machinery expert who has over 20 years of agricultural experience, the majority of it getting his hands dirty. He specialises in planning and assisting in the setting up of machinery systems and logistics to suit the farm size and any future expansion plans. He is one of Europes leading experts on Controlled Traffic Farming having successfully implemented its introduction on a 32,000 hectare arable unit in Ukraine. Cultivations, crop establishment, field input application, harvesting and storage are all areas where he has a huge depth of experience and knowledge. Alexander is fluent in German, Russian and English.
